The Adult Mixed Martial Arts program does not require sparring, getting hit, belts, uniforms, bowing, or ritual. It's about empowering you to gain control of your body. Our classes are fast and furious because you are moving non-stop for 45-60 minutes depending on the class. All classes end with a Krav Maga self defense lesson, perfect for the ‘cool down’ from the workout. This is real self defense for the real world! A BLACK BELT M.M.A. Program is also available.
The Children’s and Teen’s program will not only teach kids how to protect themselves against physical attacks, but also from emotional and verbal confrontations. Students gain confidence in their abilities and increase their Self-Esteem tremendously. Students also improve their focus, concentration and discipline. The classes not only build the physical body but also teaches Goal Setting & Goal Getting, to succeed in all areas of life.
The Black Belt Course provides additional challenges and training methodologies to get the student to his/her optimal performance and confidence levels. B.B.C. training incorporates sparring techniques and tactics as well as additional self defense and martial arts skills that will elevate the student’s knowledge of MMA. To ensure maximum effort in classes, students don protective gear, which allows for “hit vs. hurt” training and affords the student ‘realistic’ levels of experience in using their martial arts skills without getting hurt nor seriously injuring others in the classroom.
KRAV MAGA is a non-competitive tactical martial system developed in Israel that consists of a wide combination of techniques sourced from boxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Judo, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and grappling, along with realistic fight training.
Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and extremely efficient and brutal counter-attacks. Krav Maga has a philosophy emphasizing threat neutralization, simultaneous defensive and offensive maneuvers, and aggression.
Krav Maga encourages students to avoid confrontation. If this is impossible or unsafe, it promotes finishing a fight as quickly as possible. Attacks are aimed at the most vulnerable parts of the body, and training is not limited to techniques that avoid severe injury. Drills provide maximum safety to students by the use of protective equipment and the use of reasonable force.
Students learn to defend against all variety of attacks and are taught to counter in the quickest and most efficient way. Training can also cover situational awareness to develop an understanding of one's surroundings, learning to understand the psychology of a street confrontation, and identifying potential threats before an attack occurs. It may also cover ways to deal with physical and verbal methods to avoid violence whenever possible.
Our mission is to build our students into black belt leaders, to make our students more successful in life through the practice of their martial arts and to always influence them in a positive manner.
